Golden color, very bright and less dark than you would expect from a 10 years old white. Slightly oxidised, but again less than you would expect given the age.
On the nose a predominance of almonds and beeswax. In the mouth, at first it tastes like a raw carrot, with a savoury note. Continue reading “Chateau Musar Blanc 2007”
Olfactory the first impression is of tea with a hint of mint. After swirling, the smell turns earthy and meaty, with fruity aromas in the background. Some more air and the sensations change again and become more subtle.
