Champagne François Secondé “Intégral” Grand Cru Zero Dosage

The colour is pale gold. The mousse is lively, slightly broad at first but then refining into a finer, persistent perlage. On the nose lemon zest, green apple and white peach, intertwine with hints of crushed chalk. In the mouth fresh, savoury and mouthwatering. The finish is clean and brisk, though somewhat short, leaving a final impression of citrus zest.

La Mostella 2023

The colour is dark ruby. On the nose grapes, cherries, raspberries and a gentle herbal touch. In the mouth a good balance between fine tannins and a refreshing acidity, with a drying finish. The aftertaste is medium long.

The colour is pale gold. On the nose chamomile, white peach, pear and lemon zest. In the mouth crisp and clean, with a slight salinity. The finish is surprisingly long for a wine in this price range.

Le Colombare 2020

The colour is medium gold. On the nose almonds, dried apricot, candied lime-peel and saffron. In the mouth sweet with a balancing acidity. For the kind of wine, the aftertaste is rather short.

The colour is deep garnet. On the nose cherries and floral notes of roses and lavender. In the mouth, at first rather harsh, with drying tannins. The aftertaste is pretty long.

The colour is deep garnet. On the nose blueberry, plum, tobacco. In the mouth grippy tannins. The aftertaste is rather short.

Schioppettino Tunella 2021

The colour is medium ruby. On the nose sour cherries, dried figs, walnuts. In the mouth refreshing, with a medium long aftertaste.
