Enfant de la Montagne

The colour is pale copper, with delicate and persistent bubbles. On the nose notes of grapefruit, green apple and pear. In the mouth lively and crisp. The finish is savoury and fairly long.

Crafted in Chamery, heart of the Montagne de Reims, this cuvée is a beautiful example of artisanal Champagne. The winery was founded in 1980 by Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand. Les Mulottes 2018

The colour is medium gold. The mousse is fine and persistent. The bouquet is elegant, with floral and citrus elements framed by delicate bread-dough nuances. On the palate, it is balanced and refined. Crisp acidity underpins the wine, giving lift and tension. Champagne François Secondé “Intégral” Grand Cru Zero Dosage

The colour is pale gold. The mousse is lively, slightly broad at first but then refining into a finer, persistent perlage. On the nose lemon zest, green apple and white peach, intertwine with hints of crushed chalk. In the mouth fresh, savoury and mouthwatering. The finish is clean and brisk, though somewhat short, leaving a final impression of citrus zest.

L‘Esquisse

The colour is pale copper, with delicate, very persistent bubbles. On the nose a lively bouquet of white peach, green apple and citrus zest. In the mouth crisp and vibrant. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering saline edge that invites another sip.

Presle 2022

The colour is medium gold, the perlage very fine and persistent. On the nose delicate, with aromas of grapefruit, orange and apricot. In the mouth also delicate, with a pleasant freshness and minerality. The aftertaste is medium long.

Champagne Benoît Dinvaut Millésime 2017

The colour is medium gold, with a fine perlage. On the nose chestnuts and honey. In the mouth tasty, with a pronounced sapidity. The aftertaste last for a while.

The colour is medium straw, with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose very expressive, with bread crust and grapefruit notes. In the mouth very savoury. The aftertaste last for a while.

This Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Extra Brut is made by Pertois-Lebrun with Chardonnay grapes from Cramant, Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Chouilly, Oger, Oiry.
