Enfant de la Montagne

The colour is pale copper, with delicate and persistent bubbles. On the nose notes of grapefruit, green apple and pear. In the mouth lively and crisp. The finish is savoury and fairly long.

Crafted in Chamery, heart of the Montagne de Reims, this cuvée is a beautiful example of artisanal Champagne. The winery was founded in 1980 by Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand. Les Mulottes 2018

Champagne François Secondé “Intégral” Grand Cru Zero Dosage

The colour is pale gold. The mousse is lively, slightly broad at first but then refining into a finer, persistent perlage. On the nose lemon zest, green apple and white peach, intertwine with hints of crushed chalk. In the mouth fresh, savoury and mouthwatering. The finish is clean and brisk, though somewhat short, leaving a final impression of citrus zest.

La Mostella 2023

Erbavoglio “Millesimo” 2020

The colour is medium straw. On the nose apple, pear, citrus and a gentle herbal touch. In the mouth refreshing with a slight tannic grip. The aftertaste is medium long.

This withe wine has been made with Erbaluce grapes under the Colline Novaresi DOC.
