The colour is deep ruby. On the nose red fruits and vinous notes. In the mouth fresh, with a slightly astringent and bitter finish. The aftertaste doesn’t last long.
The colour is medium gold. The perlage is very subtle, almost fading. On the nose not much. The same in the mouth. At the entrance there is a disturbing effervescence, followed by marked acidity.
The colour is deep wild salmon. On the nose raspberries, strawberries and some ginger. In the mouth very savoury, but with a taste that reminds me of a candy, a trait that I personally don’t find very appealing. The aftertaste last for quite a bit.

This Lambrusco presents itself with its typical deep purple colour and a delicate foam. On the nose the wine is vinous, with wild strawberries, fresh plums and pomegranate. In the mouth the palate is welcomed by a pleasant effervescence and left with a drying, slightly bitter sensation. A wine that pair well with the local charcuterie.
