The colour is medium straw. The perlage is delicate. On the nose a hint of Danish pastry, with some apples and pears. In the mouth not much, beside the bubbly sensation. No aftertaste worth mentioning neither.

On the nose aroma of pastry, baked apple and almond. The palate is fresh and tastes green apple and pear. Citrus element accompany the foamy texture.
At first no much sensations, neither on the nose nor in the mouth. After some time it opens up and delivers some strawberries notes.
