The aromatic profile is both powerful and remarkably nuanced, showcasing a complexity that defines the best (Bolgheri) wines. In the mouth, full-bodied and powerful yet beautifully balanced. Montevertine 2018

The colour is medium garnet. On the nose, sour cherries, raspberries, liquorice, tobacco leaf and floral notes emerge. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with firm yet beautifully integrated tannins that provide structure without sacrificing elegance. The finish is discreet, yet long, savoury and persistent.

Originel

The colour is medium gold with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, lemon zest, pear, green apple, white peach, and hazelnut. In the mouth, the attack is vibrant, driven by bright acidity and an energic mousse. Beside marked salinity in the finish, which provides freshness and gastronomic appeal, the wine is neither particularly flavourful nor especially long.
