The colour is deep garnet. Complex nose of raw meat, plumbs, rosemary, burned wood, baking spices. In the mouth fresh, fine tannins, well balanced and savoury. The aftertaste last for quite a while.
It is a wine that with time keeps evolving: a delight to drink!

The colour is deep garnet. Still very lively. On the nose forest floor, cigar box, fireplace, caramel, spices. In the mouth well balanced, with a good structure. Bright acidity and tannins that are well integrated, but still showing off. The aftertaste is savoury and medium long.

The colour is deep ruby. On the nose cassis, tomato sauce and herbs. In the mouth a bit too much acidity and tannins. The aftertaste is medium long, but not very tasty.

The colour is deep ruby. On the nose cherries soaked in alcohol, with the addition of nutmeg, cinnamon, tobacco and cacao. In the mouth dense, rich and fruity. The aftertaste lasts for a while.

Brunello is a wine produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes. It must be aged for at least two years in oak barrels and a minimum of four months in bottle, but it cannot be marketed before January 1st of the year following the end of five years, calculated including the year of harvest. With some air, some more pleasant aromas of black cherries, liquorice and chilli pepper appear, but you have to sniff carefully to find them. In the mouth light and acidic.
