Crafted in Chamery, heart of the Montagne de Reims, this cuvée is a beautiful example of artisanal Champagne. The winery was founded in 1980 by Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand. Ripe citrus fruit, green apple, pear, and chalky minerality can be perceived, along with yeast notes. The texture is creamy. The aftertaste is very long.
